1-on-1 Shooting Warm-up

Lines in opposite corners. Break out hard, take a long pass from the other corner, carry in and shoot. The passer goes next.

Setup: half the group in each opposite corner

Step 1: left skater breaks out, right corner passes

Step 2: carry in and shoot; the passer breaks out

Step 3: left corner hits the passer with a long pass

Step 4: carry in and shoot on the other goalie

Shooters join the line in that corner

Keep it going: pass, then go. Progress to the 2-on-1.
