One line in the corner. Lane 1 inside edges, lane 2 crossovers, lanes 3 and 4 carry the puck and shoot.

Setup: cones split the ice into 4 lanes, one line in the corner

Step 1: lane 1, inside edges, no crossovers

Step 2: lane 2, outside edges with crossovers

Step 3: lane 3, two-handed puck carry, shoot

Step 4: lane 4, one-handed puck carry, shoot

Back to the line in the corner

Next player starts when the one ahead reaches the first cones
