Crossover Circles

Crossovers around the faceoff circles: 5 forwards, 5 backwards, then the same with pucks.

Setup: a group at each faceoff circle

Step 1: 5 circles forwards, crossovers

Step 2: 5 circles backwards, other way

Step 3: same again with a puck

Back to the line, next skater goes

Everyone skates the circle together. Switch directions!
