Cone Relay with Pucks

Relay race: at each cone, one pass and catch with your line. Alternate forwards (tight turn) and backwards (pivot).

Setup: 3 lines at the blue line, 3 cones each

Step 1: forwards to cone 1, tight turn

Step 2: pass and catch, pivot, backwards to cone 2

Step 3: pass and catch, forwards to cone 3, tight turn

Step 4: pass and catch, race back, hand off

Back of your line. Next player goes!

First line to finish wins. Heads up on every pass!
